As we embark on the 3 Corners project, we are seeking a skilled and licensed Electrician Foreman to join our team in Maine.
Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a team of electricians during the installation of solar panels at the 3 Corners project site.
Make informed and rational decisions on-site, ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of installation tasks.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues, demonstrating strong teamwork and cooperation.
Communicate clearly and professionally within the chain of command, maintaining an open line of communication with team members, and superiors
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, fostering a culture of safety awareness.
Requirements:
Valid and current electrician license in the state of Maine.
Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in the solar industry, with a strong preference for candidates with solar installation experience.
Proficient knowledge and expertise in electrical systems, components, and wiring.
Proven ability to lead teams, providing guidance and support to achieve project objectives.
Strong problem-solving skills, capable of making rational decisions in fast-paced and dynamic work environments.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work well with others, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
